Mike Hosford

Mike Hosford has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Mike started their career at GE Oil & Gas in 2001, where they held various roles, including General Manager. In their most recent role at GE, they were responsible for developing and leading the Unconventional Resources initiative, which involved P&L responsibilities for two acquisitions. During their time at GE, they also served as the Country Manager for Australia, where they successfully grew the team from 50 to 400 people and achieved $3.6B in LNG and subsea business in just 18 months. In 2015, Mike joined Ferus as the Senior Vice President and held this role until 2020. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Kathairos Solutions, starting in November 2022.

Mike Hosford has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained between 1984 and 1989. During the same period, they also participated in a Semester at Sea program focused on International Business in 1986. In 1989, Mike Hosford pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Denver, completing it in 1991.
