Nancy Wendell has been working in the customer service industry since 2005. Nancy began their career at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) as a PT Bookkeeper/Front End Manager, where they were responsible for establishing cash handling and assisting customers with prices and orders. In 2009, they became an Assistant Property Manager at Applied Properties LLC. In 2012, they joined The Dessy Group as an Operations Manager and E-commerce Supervisor, where they were responsible for the daily operations of the E-Commerce division, supervising and developing a small team, and managing a staff of customer service specialists. Nancy also handled customer changes, refunds, and coupon code issues. In 2020, they joined Kathy Kuo Home as a Customer Success Manager.
Nancy Wendell obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Berkeley College between 2005 and 2009. In October 2009, they also obtained Microsoft Office User Specialist Certifications from Berkeley College.
