Trevor A. Richardson has held a variety of creative roles in the home furnishings, fashion, and beauty industries. In 2022, they were appointed VP Creative Director of Kathy Kuo Home. From 2007 to 2021, they were Senior Creative Director at Hearst Magazines, where they were responsible for overseeing the creative strategy and execution of translating Hearst's magazine brands into franchise opportunities across a wide range of demographics, retail and e-commerce distribution channels, categories, and consumer experiences. Trevor A. also served as Creative Director at Hearst Brand Development, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of creative as it pertains to translating Hearst's magazine brands into consumer products and experiences. From 2005 to 2007, they were Designer and Brand Manager at Interlude Home, Inc., where they were responsible for creating over two hundred introductions annually for seven mid-to-high end proprietary home furnishings & accessory lines. From 2003 to 2005, they were Designer at Observatory (formerly Kaiju Studios LLC).
Trevor A. Richardson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design in 2003. Trevor A. also attended Politecnico di Milano from 2002 to 2003 for Home Furnishings & Fashion Studies. In 2019, they obtained a certification from HEARST Media Solutions.
