Manjit Kaur-Badial

Manjit Kaur-Badial has a strong background in merchandising, with experience in various companies. Starting in 2000, they worked at Pilot Clothing as a Merchandiser, responsible for allocating products to multiple stores and implementing allocation strategies. Manjit then joined Arcadia Group Ltd in 2006 as a Senior Merchandiser, where they collaborated with Buying & Design teams to develop and deliver strong ranges, achieving profit, stock, and sales targets. Manjit also established sourcing networks with suppliers from the UK, mainland Europe, India, Far East, and Turkey. In 2015, Manjit joined ASOS.com as a Senior Merchandiser, and later in 2017, they became the Merchandise Manager at SHUROPODY FOOTCARE LIMITED. Currently, they are the Head of Merchandising at Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton, a position they have held since May 2019.

Manjit Kaur-Badial has a Bachelor's degree in Business & Information Technology from Brunel University. Prior to that, they attended Wheatley Park School in Oxford.
