Laura Lao

Laura Lao is an experienced product management professional, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at KatKin since January 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Product Manager at Farewill from November 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the product strategy and delivery of a B2B2C wills product. At Farewill, Laura also established the CRM function to address diverse cross-functional customer challenges. Prior to that, Laura was a Senior Retention Manager at Gousto from August 2016 to November 2020, focusing on multi-channel strategies to reactivate lapsed customers, and served as Head of Customer Care at Gousto from September 2012 to July 2015, where Laura built the Customer Care team and implemented performance measurement tools. Laura holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and completed A-levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Economics at John Leggott College.
