Matt Lade

Matt Lade has a strong background in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Matt started their career in 1996 as a Product Engineer at MTU Onsite Energy/Katolight Corp, where they worked until 2010, eventually becoming a Product Engineering Manager. In 2010, Matt joined EI Microcircuits as a Project Engineer before moving on to Blue Star Power Systems as an Engineering Manager. Since 2011, Matt has been working at Kato Cable, where they have held various roles including Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, and currently serves as the President.

Matt Lade obtained an Associate's degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design AutoCAD from South Central College in Mankato, MN from 1994 to 1996. It is unclear if they pursued any further education at the same institution.
