The Alcoholic Beverage Distribution segment is engaged in the wholesale of alcoholic beverages. The Others segment is involved in the logistic business and insurance agency business for the Company, as well as the operation of franchised restaurants. As of September 30, 2014, the Company had 22 subsidiaries and three associated companies.
