Ashirvad Jadhav

Ashirvad Jadhav has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2008, they worked as a Sr Retention Executive at Hutchison 3G until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as an Account Manager and Team Lead in Business Development at Aranca. At Sutherland, they held the role of Business Development from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Ashirvad joined Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd. as a Manager of Business Development, where they were responsible for new logo acquisition and strategic business growth. Ashirvad then joined CleverTap in 2019 and worked as a Business Development Manager and Senior Manager of Global Inside Sales. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at CM.com as a Partnership and Alliance Manager, and later as the Head of SDR and BDR India team, where they were responsible for hiring, coaching, managing, and building a high-performing team. Currently, Ashirvad Jadhav is working at CleverTap as an Account Executive.

Ashirvad Jadhav pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Manav Bharati University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Mumbai between 2001 and 2002. Additionally, Ashirvad completed their high school education at Udayachal High School in 1998 and 1999, focusing on SSC studies.

Aside from their formal education, Ashirvad Jadhav has obtained several certifications. These include a series of security topics and exams from CM Academy, such as "Creating Strong Passwords," "The Inside Man E01 Social Engineering," "Clear Desk/Screen," "Malware as a Service," "PII data," and "Security Awareness Exam (Mandatory)" in 2022. Ashirvad also acquired a certification in "Multi-Factor Authentication" in 2021. Additionally, they completed a certification in "Business Messaging: SMS Basics" from CM Academy in both 2021 and 2022.
