Brian Sodikoff

Brian Sodikoff is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Group at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where expertise includes patent litigation, trademark prosecution, and trade secret protection since May 2008. Sodikoff has substantial experience advising clients on complex patent matters across various technologies, such as thermoplastic air bag covers and automated truck transmissions. Prior to this role, Sodikoff served as an IP Attorney at Welsh & Katz from 2003 to 2008. Academic credentials include a J.D. earned summa cum laude from DePaul University College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University. Education also includes graduation from Hinsdale Central High School.
