Bruce Vanyo

Bruce Vanyo serves as the Chair of the Securities Litigation Department at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since March 2006, where responsibilities include defending public companies in various types of securities litigation and SEC investigations. With a proven track record of over 200 case defenses, Bruce Vanyo is recognized as a pioneer in this field and played a significant role in the enactment of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Prior to this position, Bruce Vanyo served as Chairman of Securities Litigation at Wilson Sonsini from 1984 to 2006, where the litigation department was developed and expanded to over 200 lawyers. Bruce Vanyo obtained a Doctor of Law degree from Columbia Law School and also attended Miami University.
