Loren Lembo

Loren Lembo is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Gibson Dunn since December 2021. Prior to this role, Loren held the position of Tax Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 1994 to November 2021, and at Kaye Scholer LLP from 1992 to 1994. Loren earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) with Highest Honors from The George Washington University Law School. Loren also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Economics and Business Management, graduating with Distinction from Cornell University.
