Terence Banich

Terence Banich is a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since September 2020 and a Full Member of the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers since 2015. Banich serves on the Board of Directors for WINGS Program, Inc. and previously held the position of Partner in Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy at Fox Rothschild LLP from June 2018 to August 2020. Prior experience includes practicing as a Bankruptcy and Litigation Attorney at Shaw Fishman Glantz & Towbin LLC and as a Partner at Jenner & Block. Banich also contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law from 2009 to 2013. Banich's early career included a role as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Circuit Court of Cook County. Banich holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of San Diego.
