Stephanie Baty

Stephanie Baty, MA.T, is a highly experienced educator and mentor with a strong background in teaching and program development. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications Arts and a Master's degree in Teaching, Stephanie has held various roles in education, including ESL Certified 6th grade RLA Teacher and Team Lead at Katy ISD, Middle School ELA Teacher at Harmony Public Schools, and Department Chair at Harmony School of Fine Arts and Technology. In addition to their work in education, Stephanie has also excelled in the field of competitive ballroom dancing and dance instruction. Stephanie is currently pursuing their Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University.
