Lauren Violi Jahn

Lauren Violi Jahn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren is currently serving as the Director of Workplace Culture & Experience at KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where they held multiple roles including Adjunct Faculty [Externships] and Director of Career Services from 2019 to 2021. Lauren also has experience as an Attorney at Krieg DeVault LLP from 2012 to 2018, and as a Summer Associate at the same company in 2011. In addition, they have worked as a Judicial Extern at the Boone County Circuit Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in 2010. Lauren began their career with internships in Public Relations at Articulations Events in 2007, Marketing Communications at Aprimo in 2007, and Marketing at Lauth Property Group in 2006.

Lauren Violi Jahn received their Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in the years 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising & Public Relations, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago between 2005 and 2008. For their secondary education, Lauren attended Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Lauren has obtained several certifications including being a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup, a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index, and completing a course on Coaching and Developing Employees from LinkedIn.
