Erin Niemer has over 20 years of experience in support and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as Training & Helpdesk Support at Katz Teller Brant & Hild since June 2003, Erin previously worked as a Knowledge Management Support Specialist at Siemens from January 1999 to June 2003, where responsibilities included data compilation for customized reporting in high-demand situations. Erin holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Operator from Gateway Community & Technical College and graduated from Bellevue High School.
