Ornella Dalmazzo is an experienced consultant with a robust background in administration, health, and financial management. Since January 2009, Ornella has been serving as a consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores. Previous positions include Jefa de Administración at O.S. from December 2017 to November 2020, and a consultant role within the Government of the City of Buenos Aires focusing on health strengthening initiatives in late 2017. Additional consulting experience includes expertise in acquisitions and human resources for the Ministry of Industry's program supporting the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, as well as financial planning and management control for the International Organization for Migration. Ornella's early career involved roles in operational management and accounts payable at various health initiatives and local government health sectors. Ornella holds a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and completed a diploma in Analysis and Management of Health Insurance and Prepaid Medicine from the Universidad de ISALUD.
