Juan Carlos Gallardo Hurtado

Juan Carlos Gallardo Hurtado has a wealth of work experience. In 2020, they began working as the Chief Commercial Officer for Kauel, where they managed solutions based on image analysis with artificial intelligence and deep learning, as well as virtual reality, robotics, and IoT solutions. Juan Carlos has worked with over 70 data scientists, masters of science, and electrical and computer engineers, as well as a network of 190 technicians throughout Chile.

From 2011 to 2017, they were the Project Manager for INNSPIRAL, where they built relationships with frontline managers to design and install a corporate innovation management system for companies such as CMPC Biopackaging, Clinica Alemana de Santiago, Transelec, Walmart, and Komatsu. Juan Carlos also identified and quantified transversal problems to be solved using emerging technologies.

From 2015 to present, they have been the Founder and Partner of Cervecerías S&G Ltda.

From 2007 to 2015, they were the Head of the Energy Efficiency Area at Cam Chile S.A. Grupo GyM.

Juan Carlos Gallardo Hurtado received their Ingeniero Civil Industrial con mención en Ingeniería Eléctrica from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile between 2000 and 2006. In 2007, they obtained a Diplomado en Eficiencia Energética from Universidad Mayor. In 2014, they completed a Diplomado en Innovación from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2020, they completed a course in Transformación Digital from the University of Virginia.
