Matt Bradley

Matt Bradley has a comprehensive background in finance and accounting. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Kauffman Engineering, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Colson Group, where they held various roles including Vice President Finance, Head of North America Finance, and USA Group Controller between 2016 and 2022. Before joining Colson Group, they worked at Whirlpool Corporation as a Sr. Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager from 2013 to 2016. Matt also has extensive experience at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, where they held several finance and accounting positions, including Sr. Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, Plant Controller, and Lead Plant Accountant from 2004 to 2013. Their early career included a role as a Plant Accountant at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 2002 to 2004.

Matt Bradley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
