Paul Delagrange has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul most recently served as the Director of Sales at Kauffman Engineering, where they were responsible for all aspects of sales for a $140 million Wire and Cable assembly manufacturer. Paul implemented strategies to increase gross margin and profitability through pricing increases, reducing unprofitable clients, and improving service and performance. Paul also established online collaborative tools to enhance communication and product availability visibility. Prior to this, Paul founded Business Playce in 2009, offering shared workspace environments for professionals. Before that, they were a co-owner at Respin Sales, Inc (formerly known as Arbotek Associates, Inc), where they represented major semiconductor companies and supported OEMs in improving their designs and product development.
Paul Delagrange attended Old Dominion University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. The field of study is not specified. In May 2018, they obtained a certification as a USCG Captain Master 100 Tons Near Coastal from the USCG Merchant Marine Captain program.
