Alana Chin

Alana Chin currently serves as the Head of Brand & Communication at Kauffman Fellows, a leading venture education program, since January 2025. Prior to this, Alana held the position of Head of People at Kapu from October 2022 to December 2024, contributing to efforts aimed at significantly reducing living costs for consumers in Africa. Earlier experience includes roles at Lori, where Alana was the Global Head of People and Chief of Staff to the CEO from January 2020 to August 2022, and Director of Partnerships & Events at Endeavor from March 2015 to April 2020, enhancing the organization’s global entrepreneurship initiatives. Alana's career also includes positions at Expect Miracles Foundation and the French Ministry of Education. Alana holds a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from Elon University, with a minor in Italian Studies.
