Clay W.

Clay W. serves as the CEO of Papaya Growth Opportunity Corp. I since January 2022 and is a Managing Partner at Pomegranate VC since March 2019. Clay holds the title of Kauffman Fellow in Class 25 since June 2020 and is a member of YPO, having served as the 2020 Forum Chair. Previously, Clay co-founded and was CEO of Plum Acquisition Corp I from March to November 2021 and acted as an advisor for Presence, Auth0, and Catchpoint between 2016 and 2021. Clay co-founded Presence in January 2009, leading it to become the largest online therapy provider for children and teens with mental health challenges by October 2018. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, studies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
