Rafa de Haro

Rafa de Haro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of COMETA since 2012, Rafa has played a pivotal role in the firm's development. Additionally, Rafa serves as a Fellow in the Kauffman Fellows program since June 2020 and holds the position of Board Member and VC Chair at the Mexican Association of PE & VC Funds (AMEXCAP) since June 2018. Prior to these roles, Rafa co-founded and led Lifedots as CEO and worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Associate. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and working as an Analyst at SAI Consulting. Rafa's academic credentials include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a Private Equity & Venture Capital program at Harvard Business School, and additional studies in China and law.
