Yasmin Cruz Ferrine

Yasmin Cruz Ferrine is a Kauffman Fellow in the 28th class, currently associated with Kauffman Fellows since June 2023, and serves as Co-Founder and General Partner at Visible Hands, a pre-seed venture capital firm established in 2020. Previously, Yasmin held the position of Finance Director for TogetherFUND PAC and the Deval For All presidential campaign, where significant fundraising efforts were achieved. As Head of Growth & Strategy at Brown Advisory from 2017 to 2019, Yasmin successfully led initiatives that added $1 billion in assets under management. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Community Investment Strategy at John Hancock Financial Services, focusing on economic mobility and preventive health, and as an analyst at Manulife Financial. Yasmin obtained an MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Babson College.
