Rhonda Swails

Rhonda Swails has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rhonda began their career at Deloitte as an Auditor from 1996 to 1998. After that, they joined Kansas City Life Insurance Company as an Accounting Manager, where they conducted annual functional cost studies and prepared financial statements for the company's benefit plans. In 2000, Rhonda moved to Sprint Nextel, where they held various roles including Operations Finance Manager, Financial Analysis Manager, and Audit Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Ascend Learning as the Director of Tech & Ops Finance and later as the Senior Director of PMO. Rhonda's most recent position is at the Kauffman Foundation, where they currently serve as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Rhonda Swails attended Missouri State University from 1992 to 1996. Rhonda earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting during this period.
