Diana Kostova

Diana Kostova, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Diana has worked at Kaufland Bulgaria since 2018, where they have held various positions including Head of Learning, Development, and Motivation, Head of Real Estate Management & Leasing, and Head of Procurement. Prior to joining Kaufland Bulgaria, Diana worked at Praktiker from 2005 to 2007, where they served as Assistant to the CFO and was involved in administration duties. At Kaufland Bulgaria, Diana also held significant roles such as Head of Fresh Foods / Trade and Marketing, Head of Real Estate Administration, Head of Services / Procurement, and Buyer / Procurement from 2008 to 2017.

Diana Kostova holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski," which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Diana then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration/Deutschlandstudien at the Technische Universität Dresden from 2008 to 2010. Later, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, completing their doctoral studies from 2014 to 2018.
