Tanja Schindler

Tanja Schindler is a Senior Foresight Strategist and Foresight Lead at Kaufland, where responsibilities include leading strategic foresight activities to drive innovation and long-term decision-making. Additionally, Tanja serves as a keynote speaker and the Founder and Managing Director of Futures2All, which aids companies in becoming future-oriented and sustainable. Tanja participates as an Expert Member in the World Economic Forum’s Global Foresight Network and serves as a Foresight Advisor to the European Commission. As a prominent member of the Association of Professional Futurists, Tanja holds significant leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Directors. Other engagements include being an Advisory Board Member for SCIP and founding Futures Space, a digital community for futurists. Tanja’s educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Foresight and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration.
