Stephanie Chitwood

Stephanie Chitwood currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kaufman Development since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie was Vice President of Finance & Asset Management at Old Town Companies from July 2019 to July 2021 and held the position of Director of Real Estate Development at The Opus Group® from August 2016 to July 2019. Earlier in the career, Stephanie was Director at House Investments from 2003 to August 2016, and served as Portfolio Manager at P/R Mortgage & Investment Corp from 1994 to 1998. Educationally, Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which was completed between 1993 and 1994, and attended Butler University from 1991 to 1993.
