Christopher Nucifora is an accomplished business litigator and trusted legal advisor who has a broad range of experience handling complex commercial matters. His experience includes litigating and resolving business and corporate conflicts, private and public construction disputes, directors and officers liability, and advising companies and executives on general legal issues, corporate governance, compliance, employment issues, environmental issues, securities, operations, data retention, insurance and overall risk management. Mr. Nucifora serves as General Counsel to corporate entities across a variety of industries.

Additionally, Mr. Nucifora has developed an expertise in the complex and emerging field of information and data security and is an accomplished author and speaker on the issues. Mr. Nucifora has substantial experience advising and litigating regarding cutting edge technology issues such as “cyber liability,” data breaches, notification and crisis management, intellectual property disputes, trademark and licensing issues, and software agreements.

Mr. Nucifora’s diversified clientele includes closely held and publicly traded multi-national corporations, technology companies, contractors, executives, directors and officers, public officials, public entities, and licensed professionals. He is highly regarded in all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial as well as mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Nucifora is a certified New Jersey State Wrestling Official and volunteer instructor.
