David J. Gittines

David J. Gittines’ focus is in the areas of labor and employment law on behalf of management, employment practices liability and professional liability defense, including the representation of attorneys, insurance brokers, real estate agents, and mortgage and title professionals in state and federal court.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Gittines specialized in the defense of public entities in a wide range of areas, including mass torts, while an associate at a prominent New Jersey firm.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Gittines was an executive with the Boy Scouts of America and worked in the market research industry.
