Christine Tricoli

Christine Tricoli has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Christine started their career at KeyCorp as a Human Resources Generalist and Personnel Officer. Later, they worked at Airlock Plastics, Inc. as Head of Human Resources, where they managed various HR functions. Christine then joined William S. Hein & Co., Inc. & HeinOnline as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for managing HR and strategic planning. At NYSE Euronext, they held multiple roles, including SVP and Head of Global Talent Management, where they played a crucial role in the merger with EURONEXT and the divestiture to FINRA. After that, they worked at CIT as SVP, Head of Talent Services and developed various leadership and management programs. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at both Burns & Wilcox and H.W. Kaufman Group, overseeing all HR aspects for their global network of insurance companies and thousands of employees.

Christine Tricoli attended Canisius University from 1981 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology and Business Administration. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at The Wharton School and obtained a Certificate in Securities Industry Institute.
