Kaitlyn Thorn

Kaitlyn Thorn, PHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at H.W. Kaufman Group since August 2015, with previous roles including Senior Manager, Recruiting, and Recruiting Supervisor. Prior to this, Kaitlyn worked as a Recruiter at CitiStaff, where responsibilities included full cycle recruiting. Earlier experience includes positions at Michigan State University, where Kaitlyn served as Project Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator, and as a Research Assistant. Kaitlyn's background also includes teaching dance at Children's Ballet Theatre and Danceworks of Michigan, and retail experience at Victoria's Secret. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, earned in 2013 with honors.
