Rich Fusinski

Rich Fusinski has over 19 years of work experience in various roles in the technology and banking sectors. Rich currently holds the position of SVP, Chief Information Officer at H.W. Kaufman Group and Burns & Wilcox, starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Flagstar Bank for 9 years, where they held various senior leadership roles including SVP, Chief Information Officer - Community Banking. Rich led information technology and banking operations teams, developed innovative technologies and processes, and oversaw successful conversions and infrastructure transitions. Before joining Flagstar Bank, Rich held positions at ClearMechanic, Inc., Blazent, Inc., and Autodesk, gedas USA, Domain Systems, and Dynamic Data Management as a Data Management Consultant.

Rich Fusinski received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University in 2001. In addition to their formal education, Rich holds several certifications, including the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, obtained in April 2023; the Salesforce Ranger certification from Salesforce, obtained in December 2020; and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in September 2014.
