Anish Bhavsar

Anish Bhavsar is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Vice President at Kaufman Hall since May 2022, previously holding the role of Assistant Vice President and Senior Associate Consultant. With expertise in workforce optimization, Anish has effectively conducted assessments of hospital staffing and productivity, implemented process improvements, and provided leadership and training to junior consultants. Prior experience includes serving as Business Process Improvement Manager at Jackson Health System, Quality Improvement Analyst at Baptist Health South Florida, and Administrative Fellow at Memorial Healthcare System, among others. Anish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami and a Master of Health Services Administration from Florida International University.
