Kagna Hou

Kagna Hou is a professional with extensive experience in revenue and operations improvement, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Kaufman Hall since August 2022. Previous roles include Associate and Analyst at the same organization and a Scholar with The Posse Foundation from December 2017 to May 2022, where Kagna was selected as one of 120 scholars from over 2800 applicants and participated in a comprehensive leadership training program. Additional experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, a Writing Center Tutor at DePauw University, and an intern at the Smithsonian Institution. Kagna also held leadership roles in the Alpha Phi International Fraternity, promoting diversity and inclusion on campus. Kagna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Health and Sociology from DePauw University.
