Kiel von Feldt

Kiel Von Feldt, P.E., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and asset management within the engineering and construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Kaufman Hall since October 2022, Kiel previously held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at i3 from July 2018 to October 2022. In this role, Kiel was instrumental in establishing and managing asset services across various sectors, including mixed-use and medical office buildings, while also leading efforts to develop corporate standards and processes amidst economic challenges. Previous positions include Project Manager at CBRE, where oversight of tenant improvement projects was paramount, and Project Engineer at Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, focusing on commercial projects. Kiel holds a Master’s degree in Civil-Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
