Jess Kaufman serves as the Producing Artistic Director at Flying Leap Productions, leading the creation of interactive theatrical works for children and families. In addition to this role, Jess Kaufman works as a Strategic Political Communications Consultant for SEIU, advocating for improved labor conditions and implementing communications strategies. Experience as a Drama Teacher at Kaufman Music Center and previous positions in media, online education, yoga studio marketing, and academic publishing demonstrate a diverse skill set in arts education, communications, and project management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Advanced Theatre Practice from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, along with intensive acting courses from the Moscow Art Theatre School and a BFA in Musical Theater from the University of Miami.
