He establishes strong relationships with clients and advises them on a variety of strategies, including risk assessments, risk prioritization and containment, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance and internal controls, internal audits, anti-fraud engagements, financial analyses and data interpretations. Chandra counsels clients on mergers, bankruptcies, restructurings and turnarounds. Chandra also collaborates with firm leaders to develop tailored and intricate solutions to additional business challenges clients may face.

Chandra has managed large-scale, cross-national, and international compliance projects. His expertise spans more than 20 industries, including financial services, banking, hedge funds, information technology, internet services, manufacturing, media and non-profits. He also provides guidance to e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retailers.

He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), and has passed the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) exam.

Chandra is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), Alliance of Acquisition and Merger Advisors (AMAA), and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Advanced Accounting and Auditing with first class honors from the University of Pune, India, and a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University. Chandra is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil and has working knowledge of German.
