Edward Gannon

As one of Kaufman Rossin’s litigation consulting specialists, Edward V. Gannon provides expert testimony and assistance at trials, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and throughout the discovery process.

For more than 20 years, Ed has counseled attorneys on the financial aspects of their cases, including: estimating economic damages (commercial and personal), preparing business valuations, fraud investigations, business consulting and family law matters (equitable distribution, needs analysis, co-mingling analyses, financial affidavit preparation, child support guidelines, etc.).

Before joining the firm in 1994, Ed worked on utility rate applications, forensic accounting, and company control and reporting to debt holders.

He is the past president of the American Society of Appraisers’ Miami chapter and has served on the School of Accounting Advisory Board for Florida International University for more than 10 years.

In addition, Ed is an associate member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Forensic and Valuation Services Section. He is also a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Valuation and Litigation Services Section and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Ed has been designated an Accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers, and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
