Melinda Mergelsberg is a Principal in Kaufman Rossin's Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services practice. Melinda joined the firm in 2013, with significant prior experience in tax and accounting. She uses this knowledge to provide litigation support and forensic accounting services for clients in matrimonial and civil matters.

She leads a team that performs equitable distribution analysis, needs analysis and co-mingling analysis, prepares financial affidavits, and interprets child support guidelines. Melinda provides expert testimony and assistance at trials, mediations, depositions, and throughout the discovery process. Her services also include valuation of closely held entities, analysis of cash flow and income streams, and applicable investigative work. Moreover, she provides individual and corporate accounting, financial consulting and tax services for her clients.

Melinda is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a Certified Valuation Analyst. She has volunteered as Co-Chair of the Events Committee for Florida’s Voice on Developmental Disabilities and also with the Down Syndrome Association of Orange County.
