Thomas Bryer

Thomas Bryer is an experienced Pegasus Professor, Director, and Professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida. Thomas has also held various academic positions at Kaunas University of Technology, Edge Hill University, University of Southern California, and Council for Excellence in Government. With a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, MPA from The George Washington University, and BA in Political Science from American University, Dr. Bryer has a strong background in academia and research.
