Bilal Maassarani

Bilal Maassarani is a PhD candidate and researcher at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) with a strong background in electrical engineering. Previous experience includes roles as an FPGA developer at Ericsson, WLAN RFIC designer at Broadcom, and co-founder and hardware lead at CaseSensitive Smart Luggage. Bilal holds a Master's degree in Applied Science (MASc) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where engagement as a master's candidate and researcher was also undertaken.
