Didier Baganda

Didier Baganda, SHRM - CP, possesses a strong background in workforce planning and analytics. They served as a Workforce Planning Analyst for The City of Calgary, contributing to HR decisions through demographic analysis and predictive modeling. Didier has also held positions at KAUST, including Head of Practice for Rewards, Performance, and Recognition, and has worked extensively with other organizations, such as the Government of Canada and Molson Coors. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University and a DEC in Physical Sciences from CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence.
