Bianca Breleanu

Bianca Breleanu is a highly experienced professional in quality management and consulting, currently serving as a Quality Manager at Kautex Textron since July 2021. Previously, Bianca worked as a Management Consultant at ALTEN, where hands-on expertise was utilized to troubleshoot and provide strategies for performance improvement in the automotive sector. Bianca's earlier tenure at Kautex Textron included achieving the Gold Level Site World Excellence Award during the 21st Ford Top Supplier Meeting for outstanding quality. Bianca's experience also encompasses roles as a Quality Engineer, Quality Trainee, and Quality Intern at Kautex Textron, as well as participation in an official internship program with the Romanian Government focused on civil aviation. Bianca holds a degree from the University of Craiova in Avionics and completed an Introduction Course in Automotive Mechatronics at Technische Universität Graz.
