Carsten Elsasser

Carsten Elsasser has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Carsten started their career as a Trainee at Chiyoda Corporation in 1993. Carsten then worked as a Consultant and Project Leader at TÜV Management Systems GmbH from 1994 to 1995. After that, they became the Branch Manager at TÜV Rheinland Japan from 1997 to 1999. Since then, they have held several positions at Kautex Textron, including Program Manager, Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Director of Product Development, Director of Operations in Bonn, Director of Innovation, and currently holds the position of Director of Innovation and Strategy starting in June 2017.

Carsten Elsasser completed their Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in the period from 1988 to 1994. Later, they pursued an Executive Leadership Program in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2014. Additionally, Carsten completed a Senior Executive Leadership Program in Business Growth & Innovation from Duke University in 2019.
