Cyril Hogard

Cyril Hogard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the automotive industry. Cyril started their career at Mannesmann VDO AG as a Project Manager from 1998 to 2000. Cyril then joined Siemens VDO France SA, where they served as a Project Manager Group Leader, Head of Business Development, and Purchasing Director from 2000 to 2006. At Siemens VDO, they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including strategy development, product portfolio management, and resource management.

In 2006, Cyril moved to Siemens VDO China as the Regional Head of the Instrument & Driver HMI Business Unit. Cyril held full P&L responsibility for the unit and oversaw the development of local strategies and product portfolios across four locations in China.

From 2009 to 2018, Cyril worked at Continental, where they held the positions of Head of Customer Center, French OEM Worldwide, and Managing Director of Continental Automotive Spain SA. In these roles, they had overall P&L responsibility for different divisions, including OEM interior products and the entire Spanish operation. Cyril managed various functions, such as production, quality, supply chain management, finance, and human resources.

Currently, Cyril is employed at Kautex Textron, where they began as the Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2021. Cyril then transitioned to their current role as the Vice President of the Customer Business Unit, demonstrating their ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility within the organization.

Cyril HOGARD obtained a Master's Degree from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz between 1992 and 1997.
