David Plant

David Plant has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. David currently holds the position of Global Director Sales - Pentatonic Battery Systems at Kautex Textron, starting in 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Kautex Textron CVS Ltd from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Vice President CVS Business Unit. In this role, they were responsible for managing a global automotive business and driving innovation to adapt to industry changes such as autonomous driving, electrification, new mobility models, and connected vehicles. David'sresponsibilities included managing the global sales team for the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance account in various regions, overseeing a range of products including fuel tanks, SCR systems, and next-generation carbon canisters.

From 2010 to 2016, they served as a Sales Manager at Textron, where they focused on new sales and account management for blow molded fuel tanks in the automotive and powersports industries, handling accounts with $80M annual revenue.
