Frank Meyer

Frank Meyer has over 20 years of experience in various legal and counsel roles. Frank most recently served as VP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Kautex Textron. Prior to this, they were Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at the same company. Frank also has experience as Lead Commercial Counsel and General Counsel at Baker Hughes, a GE company. In their earlier career, they held positions as General Counsel and Lead Regional Counsel at GE Oil & Gas and Senior Commercial Counsel at GE Energy Services. Frank Meyer began their career as a Principal Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where they specialized in corporate law matters, equity capital markets, M&A transactions, public takeovers, and corporate governance.

Frank Meyer has an extensive education history in the field of law. Frank began their studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 1990 and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 1996. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Diplome Intégré des Affaires Franco-Allemand at Université de Bourgogne from 1992 to 1993. Frank then went on to complete the Second State Board Exam (Assessorexamen) at the District Court of Mainz (Landgericht) from 1996 to 1998. Finally, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Business/Commerce, General, Corporate Law at Boston University from 1999 to 2000.
