Highor Stilhano

Highor Stilhano is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in SAP systems, currently serving as Supervisor of IT SAP MM at Kautex Textron since January 2015. In this role, Highor leads a multi-cultural team and is responsible for the successful rollout of SAP MM and Procurement modules across multiple international plants. Previous positions include Specialist IT SAP PP Global, providing support for SAP implementations, and owner of Toledo & Stilhano, where Highor supported automotive companies with SAP project rollouts and end-user training. Highor's career at Kautex Textron began in 2000 as an IT Intern, progressing to IT Site Manager, overseeing various IT and ERP system implementation efforts. Highor holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Network from Anhanguera Educacional, as well as additional educational qualifications from other institutions.
