Margarita Velazquez has over a decade of experience in human resources management, currently serving as an HR Manager at Kautex Textron since August 2012, where responsibilities include the implementation of HR departments, labor relations, personnel administration, recruitment and selection, organizational development, and training. Prior to this role, Margarita held the position of Lider Recursos Humanos at Kasai Mexicana from May 2010 to August 2012. Margarita Velazquez earned a degree in Relaciones Industriales from Universidad de Guanajuato from 1997 to 2001.
