Markus Schumacher

Markus Schumacher is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Testing Global at Kautex Textron since October 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing validation processes for plastic fuel tank systems and SCR systems. Previously, Markus held the position of Technical Project Lead and Senior Product Engineer, focusing on the development of plastic fuel tank systems. Prior to joining Kautex Textron, Markus worked at Fresenius Kabi as a Development Engineer, specializing in the creation of percutaneous plastic probes for enteral nutrition, and started a career as a Scientific Assistant at the Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung IKV, concentrating on injection moulding. Markus obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Plastic Technology and Material Science from RWTH Aachen University, completing studies in 1997.
